See each stain color on your floor before you choose.
The same stain looks different on oak, maple, and hickory, and different again next to your cabinets. We put samples on your sanded floor so you can compare real colors before the first coat.

A good fit if
When to choose something else
Some woods take certain colors unevenly. Maple can look blotchy in dark stains, and a sample shows that before it matters.
What the free estimate includes
We measure the job, check what's underneath, and go over your options in the rooms they apply to.
You get the scope and price in writing, usually by text.
Your options

Natural
No stain, only finish. Shows the wood's real grain and ages well.

Dark tones
Dramatic and high-contrast. Shows dust, pet hair, and scratches more.
Custom blends
Mixed to match an existing floor, a cabinet, or a sample you bring us.
What affects the price
Roughly in order of how much each one moves the number.
Nothing to pay until you approve it
The estimate is free at any project size. Once you approve the written price, a 50% deposit secures your date and materials. The remaining 50% is due after you inspect the finished floor.

Common questions
Can you match my existing floors?
Usually. A match depends on species, age, and finish as well as stain, so we test on your actual floor instead of guessing from a photo.
Will a dark floor show everything?
More than a mid-brown floor. Dust, pet hair, and scratches all stand out on a dark stain.
Do stain samples cost extra?
Samples are part of every stain job.
What if I change my mind after seeing the samples?
That's what samples are for. Nothing is final until you pick a color.
