Start with what's on the floor today.
You have hardwood now
Start with sanding and refinishing. If the boards have wood left to sand, refinishing costs far less than replacing them. We check this during the estimate.

That's installation. The material depends on the room: hardwood for living spaces, tile where water is common, and vinyl plank over basements and slabs.

That's repair. We find out how far the damage goes first, because that decides between a patch, a refinish, or a replacement.

School gyms, basketball courts, and other commercial buildings get the same services, planned around your deadline.
How pricing works
Every floor is different, so we price each job after we measure it.
Square footage matters less than most people expect. Stairs, doorway transitions, removing the old floor, subfloor prep, and finishing on site usually move the price more than the size of the room.
Your written estimate lists the full scope, so you can compare it line by line with any other quote.
How it works
Four steps from your first call to a finished floor.
Tell us about the floor
Call or send the form. A photo of the floor helps. We'll talk through the job and set a time to see it if it needs measuring.
Get a written estimate
Scope and price in writing, usually by text. It's free, and nothing is due until you approve it.
We do the work
We set the date together, and a 50% deposit secures it and your materials. The crew does the work, cleans up, and puts your furniture back.
Inspect the finished floor
You walk the floor with us before you pay the remaining 50%.
One free estimate covers every floor.
Tell us about the rooms, and we'll recommend the right material for each one.
Free and in writing. Nothing to pay until you approve it.
