Commercial flooring for school gyms and commercial buildings.
Larger floors, tighter deadlines, and more traffic than any house. Tell us the floor area and your deadline, and you'll get the scope and price in writing.

What changes on a commercial job
Size changes the method. A large open floor needs a different layout, more room for the wood to expand, and tighter control of flatness than a set of rooms.
Your deadline sets the schedule. Most commercial work has to fit around the people who use the building. We plan the job around your date.
Traffic changes the product. A commercial floor can see more traffic in a month than a home sees in a year, so the material and finish are chosen for that.

Services for commercial projects
Commercial jobs use the same services as residential ones.
How it works
Four steps from your first call to a finished floor.
Tell us about the floor
Call or send the form. A photo of the floor helps. We'll talk through the job and set a time to see it if it needs measuring.
Get a written estimate
Scope and price in writing, usually by text. It's free, and nothing is due until you approve it.
We do the work
We set the date together, and a 50% deposit secures it and your materials. The crew does the work, cleans up, and puts your furniture back.
Inspect the finished floor
You walk the floor with us before you pay the remaining 50%.
Get a written estimate for your building.
Send the floor area, your deadline, and the type of space. We'll recommend a floor and put the price in writing.
Free and in writing. Nothing to pay until you approve it.
