Four steps from your first call to a finished floor.
Tell us about the floor
Call or send the form. A photo of the floor helps. We'll talk through the job and set a time to see it if it needs measuring.
Get a written estimate
Scope and price in writing, usually by text. It's free, and nothing is due until you approve it.
We do the work
We set the date together, and a 50% deposit secures it and your materials. The crew does the work, cleans up, and puts your furniture back.
Inspect the finished floor
You walk the floor with us before you pay the remaining 50%.

Common questions
Can my floors be refinished, or do they need replacing?
Usually they can be refinished. Solid hardwood can be sanded several times over its life, and most wear is in the finish, not the wood. We'll tell you which one your floor needs during the free estimate.
How much does a new floor cost?
It depends on more than square footage. Stairs, doorway transitions, removing the old floor, leveling the subfloor, and finishing on site all change the price. Your written estimate lists the full scope and price for your floor.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The visit, the measuring, and the written estimate are all free, at any project size.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes. The crew moves it out of the way and puts it back when the floor is ready. If you'd rather handle it yourself, that works too.
What does the warranty cover?
Installation work comes with a one-year labor warranty. It covers our workmanship. The flooring material itself is not covered by our warranty.
How long will I be out of the room?
It depends on the size of the job, the material, and whether the floor is finished on site. Finish needs time to cure after the work is done. We'll give you the days for your project with your estimate.
